Need help with my PS4

My PS4 downloaded the 4.05 update file somehow. Currently I'm on 4.01 and it won't let me delete the update file off my PS4. Every time I turn on my PS4 it prompts me to update. I have have all the automatic crap turned off and it still downloaded it somehow.

I updated it with a usb with a 4.01 file and it removed the 4.05 file.
