PS4 3.51 PUP Update help

Can someone please point me or provide me the 3.51 update I've purchased a ps4 slim over the weekend and I'm planning on upgrading the hard drive and to my understanding will need an update pup to complete the upgrade and I don't want to upgrade the firmware to a unexploitable firmware. Thanks in advance for any assistance and help
