I totally played Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water, and man, that game is seriously terrifying yet so thrilling! The fear factor is cranked way up.

The girls are super cute, too! I remember swapping out the default outfits for the one from Ryza's Atelier- seeing Ryza's clothes in a horror game was just adorable!

The Camera Obscura combat mechanic is pure genius. It gives you a way to fight back, so you're not just running away the whole time, but it doesn't break the horror tension like handing you a shotgun would. That mechanic is a masterful stroke of game design, honestly.

It's such a bummer this series has been dormant for so long. Come on, Koei Tecmo! Stop with the remasters and re-releases already. We're dying for a brand new entry in the Fatal Frame series! Get it done!

I'm really excited to finally give Armored Core VI: Fire of Rubicon a try. I've never played any of the games in the series, but with all the rave reviews and it being a from FromSoftware it should be really interesting. Obviously it's a very different game from most of what From has put out, but I'm happy with the change of pace. Plus I'm a sucker for anything mech-oriented.

I've also been holding off on playing through the newer set of Resident Evil remakes, but it being spooky season now seems no better of a time than ever, especially after just finishing the RE1 remake for the first time. Before this my only other familiarity with the series was Resident Evil 4 back in the day on the PS2, so you could say I am a bit overdue in experiencing a lot of these. From what I've seen the RE4 remake at least looks pretty faithful while still standing on it's own as a great game.

Really interested to try Sonic Racing Crossworlds. Game looks like fun but I'm not sure if it looks worth the full price. Testing out the PS4 version seems like a good way to see.

Props to people figuring out about modded saves for some of the DLC. That seemed tricky, and appreciate the hard work of everyone in the scene.

The Little Nightmares saga is worth playing. I loved the atmosphere of the first one. The puzzles and gameplay immersed me to the point of replaying it every now and then.

The second one came out and was more or better than that. I haven't played the third one, but I'm dying to get my teeth into it. Thank you so much for this experience.

I can't wait for PS5 to be fully jailbroken, like PS4. I got my eyes on PS5 for two years, but I will stick to my trusty PS4 till then while waiting to play Alan Wake 2 and Battlefield 6. I hope the full jailbreak will come out soon.
