PS4 OFW PSN help

Thanks all for taking the time to look.

Right so i treated myself to a new ps4 pro. Had it a few days now. Anyway i linked up my PayPal account to psn bought what i wanted no issues. Came to this morning wanting to add funds to my wallet and its not letting me?? Didn't have issues to start with so im not sure why i do now?? Anyone come across this before?? Any solutions for the issue??
