PS4_DB_Rebuilder to Restore FPKGs After PS4 Database Rebuilding

Since his PS4Updates.py python script, PlayStation 4 developer Zer0xFF returns with PS4_db_rebuilder which will restore your FPKGs (Fake Packages) after rebuilding the PS4 database.

Requirement

• Python (preferably 3.0+)

How-to-use

1. recursively clone this repo or download a Release
2. start FTP server on the PS4
3. run the python script though terminal/cmdline python3 fix_db.py PS4_IP (command for external via sp0k: py fix_db.py PS4_IP)
4. wait for the script to finish, then logout of the PS4 user without closing the browser
5. log back in and all your games should be there again

yea i know i could watch youtube for learning lessons but simple little tutorial would be the best..yea i did install latest python build and downloaded release from github, placed scrips in script folder and dunno now lol.. if no one will bother to write tutorial will search later on for some guidance

@Secretc0de You don't really need to place scripts in script folder all you have to do is to start FTP server on PS4 then open command prompt and navigate to script's directory for instance if your script is located on the desktop type "cd Desktop" If you need to go to a specific folder on the Desktop lets say script's folder.. type "cd desktop\PS4_db_rebuilder-master" hit enter...

Now type the command "python3 fix_db.py PS4_IP" replace PS4_IP with your PS4's IP address hit enter and wait for the script to finish then logout of PS4 user without closing the browser.

@simon1234 just extract PS4 db rebuilder on desktop, right click on the file and choose "Extract Files" if you have winrar installed then just follow everything as it is mentioned in my previous reply.
