I tried the above and of course the fake .pkg games cannot be launched on the ps4 on latest firmware. The ps4 on latest firmware can install games on disc into the shared external storage, but it gives an error when trying to download legit digital purchased games if you choose the external storage as target installation.
why is that so? is it safe to play games on disc online using the shared storage with .pkg installed? Bans risk?
