What's the difference between fuk01, deu01 and so on?

hey as the title says whats the difference between them in psproxy? and also why is it that my ps4 is in sweden (europe) but still it connects to the uk update list my account is also setup to sweden so why does it still connect to uk? it was the same when PsProxy still worked

On a PC I can connect to them all from the different regions, maybe someone who uses PSProxy knows why from the PS4.

I know to access a specific PlayStation Store the PSN account must also be from that region, which is why people have multiple PSN accounts just to play some restricted games.

same here my ps4 connects to fuk01 for the ps4-updatelist.xml and then downloads update from duk01 but i can connect to both of them with fuk01 or duk01 or even dus01 on pc i find it pretty weird
