PS4 test console with safe mode loop

Hi i brought a ps4 that I knew was running in safe mode thinking that I would have to update the firmware using usb and everything would be alright. Got it home and it's a ps4 test console. It's asking for a update of 4.07 or higher does anyone know which firmware I would have to download or what I would have to do to get it booted up?

Thanks I've looked on there but there is no download for 4.07 update which I believe is the latest one for this console as it's asking for 4.07 or later

Thanks for the link. Are these the official firmware as I've heard that the test and dev kits don't recognise these as they need their own not retail firmware

You would need non-retail version 04070001 or 04508001 .pup (so non retail 4.07 or 4.50)

Sadly thus far only older PS4 TestKit Firmware have leaked, but when I run across any new ones I'll add them HERE.

if i'm not mistaken, testkits are able to downgrade, so try updating with a lower leaked fw
