EDIT: Well, I can download some updates for my games, but can't actually login. I guess the system had already detected there was a new FW, and it tells me I must update

I did the exact same substitutions that are shown on the PDF. But it only "half worked", I could download some updates for my games but I could not sign in. And the program crashed a lot, so I eventually gave up on the updates

I would also like to know, it kind of works. It says I have the latest version of software if i click update now. I'm on 3.55 eu. I can download updates but can't install and when i try and log in to ps account it says 'update the system software to use network features. (CE-34701-5)'

I have could sign in and get updates on 4.01 but program crash many times downloading a game from my library.. Is the proxy program (im on w10 x64) or the psn Store?

Guys the program keeps getting a runtime error for me. Is the program just not working and asks for some dodgy stuff? The program runs fine for around 20-30 mins then crashes. Ive tried on multiple computers and have tried reinstalling microsoft visual c++ multiple times. Any fix?
