Hello fellow PC Gamers. Today i thought i would like to play GTA V again and seeing my FPS makes my little confused. I would really want to get 60 FPS. Right now i have lowered my graphic settings as low as possible (excl. water quality since i love how it looks) (but even with low FPS is still the same.

Here are my settings that i have right now: http://imgur.com/a/TxaxE (Sorry that's in polish but i'll think ya understand it well :D)
