No, but I would suggest just to buy a 1.76, 3.50 or 3.55 fw PS4 on Amazon, but if you are dead set on a bundle you would have to get the Black Ops 3 Bundle you should get the 1.76 or 3.50 fw, I can't remeber which one.

Well the thing about amazon or ebay is the firmware could be updated on the ps4 so its hard to know what its actually at

I think the destiny bundle has a jail breakable fw.
