FTP for CFW PS3 without multiMAN?

Does anyone know a way to FTP into a CFW REBUG 4.81.2 PS3 without multiMan installed? I am having trouble installing multiMan on this PS3 but I have some injection to do.

webman activated and cobra mode you will ftp in the xmb or even ftp while you are playing

Does anyone know if the Auto Shutdown after 60 minutes is a feature of multiMan of PS3 default setting?
