Help with PlayStation 3 CFW upgrade from Rogero PS3 CFW

I currently have a PS3 fat running cfw Rogero4.50 and wanted to update it but I am out of the scene for quite some time and lost with all the new stuff.

I downloaded cfw 4.81 Ferrox and Overflow, can I just install one of these on top of the current rogero 4.50? I just wanna make sure I wont be losing the ability to play my iso backups.

I would recommend the latest Rebug 4.81.2 CFW over the others, which is linked here with instructions from their site on how to update to it from another CFW such as your current Rogero:
