Hello I was wondering that how much of the PS4 is hacked? can it play latest games or not, thanks.

Firmware 1.76 consoles can play some (older) game backups, 4.05 is waiting for payload ports and flat_z's custom PKG method to be released, and 4.06+ has no full (user+kernel) public exploit yet.
I see so a full cfw version has not been released yet which can play the latest PS4 games right?
Correct, no CFW for any version of the PS4 is available publicly... and no way to playing new PS4 games that require the latest Firmware update either yet.
Because so few people had 1.76, things are just getting going now on 4.05 so it will probably be awhile before PS4 will be up to par with some of the things the PS3, etc can do.

I see so how long do you think it will take to develop a CFW like the ps3 that can play latest games, months? years?
My guess is as good as yours on CFW, more likely there will be a way to play PS4 PKG games without licenses long before that. 
I see well let's hope that we get a cfw soon if possible.
