I need help with jailbreak of slim PS3

I have a slim ps3 with 4.76. Its a cech-2501a. It has never been jailbroken. Do I need a e3 flasher to do it or can it be done with a usb stick? Im a noob so please forgive me if Im in the wrong section or if I missed the instructions.

Yes, You need an e3 flasher to downgrade and install cfw on that model.

Cobra ode is the only way I believe. I know you can't downgrade the superslims.
