i tried your method but no luck to play it just gave me logo of mw1 and back to xmb

pak23.psarc 10gb splitted files were merged into one file.

Strange problems, same game (minecraft) on CFW4.80>OFW4.80 work, but with CFW4.81>OFW4.81 not work, i try other games work on 4.80, but on 4.81 black screen. I see on CFW 4.81 after rebuild , game not work.....maybe it's something wrong in CFW ferrox-cobra 4.81 ???

join the split file before conversion then split it again...and or
extract pak23.psarc with psarc.gui, then do conversion
