New PS4 Date Codes and Factory Firmware / System Software Versions

Those getting a new PlayStation 4 can share your PS4 Date Code and the Factory Firmware / System Software Version installed on it in this topic... as requested by finalman to determine which bundles / consoles are 6.72 / 7.02 and below for the upcoming jailbreak.

I purchased a new CUH-7202 Australian PS4 Pro. It arrived yesterday and has firmware 7.50.

IMPORTANT: Did not have a date code anywhere.

I also checked the other CUH-7202 Pro I own and it too doesn't have a date code. My CUH-7002 and CUH-7102 Pros do have date codes.
