PS4 1.76 Firmware Skip PSN sign-in step help

helo, can somebody help me?

i have ps4 with 1.76 firmware, but i can not use the web browser because it always ask to update the firmware when i want to sign in psn. how can i skip this step?

please somebody help me because i want to try the ps4 jailbreak
