PS4 4.05 stuck in IDU Mode help

Hi my ps4 is stuck in IDU MODE , Im in 4.05

and I activated the idu mode without knowing what it was and I was stuck, some way to activate the browser to load the exploit to disconnect the mode idu? , Thanks.

Recovered it by entering staff mode and replacing the help of the console with the exploit thanks to aibo19 of eol , thanks @PSXHAX for button combination

Exits IDU Mode
Should "turn off" when it's done, just hold the power button after the screen turns off. When you turn it back on you should be out of IDU mode
