is there a way to view someones recent activity on ps4 when they have it blocked if theres a website pls tell me thanks in advanced vincent

There was SendPSN to grab user avatars and search / monitor PSN communities but it appears dead now.
Other open source and paid API's for developers can also pull PSN information, but I'm not sure if any work for Recent Activity.
If anyone else here has more info, feel free to let us know!
