PS4 Remote PKG Sender GUI for Installing Packages by Irefuse

Here is a small PS4 Remote PKG Sender GUI for @flatz's previously released PlayStation 4 PKG Installer.

It is cross-platform (Windows, Linux, MacOS) based on Electron with Node.js Express server and does not require any dependencies.

I tried and did not reproduce the problem.
Do you have any firewall or A/V with firewall? I'm think that can block to use the port 9999 on your system. Today I will make an update. I will add the ability to enter the port number and add debug log.

I dont know why but i just cant install any fpkgs, everytime when the download completes, its says “cant install”
