PS5 has hard time launching games, NPBIND issue?

Hi,
I have a ps5 that is displayed a weird behaviour, if I lunch a game (ps4 or ps5, digital or disc) it immediately closes "because of an error."

So far I have seen 3 different error code: Np-104145-5, Np-104139-8 and Np-103913-7. But if I try to lunch the game like 40+ times it finally lunch it and play just fine for hours on end no lag or nothing.

I've checked on the list of error codes and this is what is said:

Np-103913-7: SCE_NP_UNIVERSAL_DATA_SYSTEM_ERROR_INVALID_NP_BIND (More frequent one)

Np-104139-8: SCE_NP_TROPHY2_ERROR_INVALID_NP_BIND
Np-104145-5: not in the list (I've seen I only once)

I've tried to reinstall the OS 2 times with the safe mode menu via usb and nothing change. What could it be?

delete your account from the ps5, and then add it back.. if the problem persists take your ssd and format it on the pc, then put it back in the ps5 and reinstall the os

The ssd is on the board itself and cannot be removed. I don’t have an external one in the console
