i need to know which one should i buy to be ready for jailbreak !

Currently the choice is either to get a jailbreakable PS4 (4.05 or below) and don't play online, or update to Sony's latest Firmware to play online and wait for a newer PS4 jailbreak to come out for it.

Correct, to play PS4 games online you'll need an account to access Sony's PSN servers and PlayStation Store.
