Remote Play PSVita and PS4 without updating or PSN?

What i found out is if your console is activated, the n you go to IDU mode it will delete all your save games. Or if you have activated it previously using idu mode also may delete save games. What i suggest is if you are going to IDU MODE Delete USER2, restart then go

I wanted to play my PS4 in vita but on PS4 there has to be PSN, so it does not work
