Remote Play PSVita and PS4 without updating or PSN?

Everything you say requires a ps4 with a psn active account, if ps4 never entered a psn account. It will not work

I want to test if someone accept to share his account files with me.
With ftp we can extract those files and create account in another ps4. I think it may work.

@Oxeres I too am curious if this could work even though chances are unlikely because of each ps4 containing a unique key within the files itself to run but who knows.

I tested the ftp method and it’s doesn’t work.
I think without psn it’s over...
