Yes, if the Account ID is the same as your real PSN Account ID. Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage > Copy to USB Storage Device, then on PS5 Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings > Saved Data (PS4) > USB Drive > Copy to Console Storage

If the account ID is different, you can create a new account with the correct ID and use the Apollo Save Tool to import your game saves.
