PS3 / PS4 Unban Tool need help

I came here from a link on a YouTube video but whenever I click on it, I put in my information and it says it's wrong but it's not. I'm trying to go the post with the download of the ps3/ps4 unban tool.

Whenever I click register/login, it sends me to this website and I'm not able to find the post anymore. Also, do you know of anyone who can unban my PSN? @PSXHAX

The old site is no longer accepting new registrations, but here is a link to the download in that article: unbantool.rar

Keep in mind that article was from 2013 though so chances are the tool is quite dated.

Are there any suggestions for my ps4 being banned?

It would likely depend whether it's a PS4 console ban, game specific ban (such as CoD Ghosts) or a PSN account level ban.

Do you see an error code number when going online?
