    @Pedecia if you dont know the structure of folders of retroarch download windows version of retroarch and take a look at them. assets , shaders and overlays should be extracted about roms folder i did not checked. i am using external usb you dont have to exit retroarch try start and touchpad...

    @Pedecia all bios must be placed here data/retroarch/system you can load roms from usb also , dont have to copy via ftp into ps4
