I believe the ps4debug payload is primarily used so you can create an active PSN user profile on the PS4... I am sure it can also be used for further testing on the PS4 but I am unfamiliar with.

no sync trophies without going to PSN online. Like me, if want to upgrade the hdd to bigger size, I to have sacrife all of the trophies.
