Based on other member's comments, staying on update 1.34 is advised. They said you can't change cars on 1.37 debug so if anyone else wants to test that and confirm?

@PSiloveyou Unfortunately that is correct. I installed update 1.37 and I can't change any vehicle. I am then back to version 1.34.

If I'm wrong, please let me know how to proceed.
