Clone PS4 Pro HDD without losing account data?

i want to upgrade my ps4 pro hdd

is there a way to clone PS4 Pro 1 tb HDD to 2 tb Ssd without losing data, trophy and activated accounts?

You can clone the HDD to the SSD with byte-to-byte method. It will work just fine. However, you will not be able to resize the partition.

So rather save and restore your data and trophy, and there are offline solutions to activate your account.

i only know how to clone the same size 1tb to 1tb by using the HDD raw copy Tool

it can also clone any xbox, wiiu, switch, etc
