Note for 5.05: loading on splash screen takes few minutes (5min) because of a kernel function. Just be patient.

Just type in the game name and PS4Trainer will show you what game ID and version have cheats.

And all you do is click on the one you have and it will open up another window and you can see what kind of cheats are for the game.
