Error CE-32918-3 on a Jailbroken PS4 FW 9.00

Hi guys, I'm currently new here.

May I ask what would be a solution for Error ce-32918-3 when I try to download and install fpkg games using FTP on my jailbroken PS4. I tried restarting my PS4 system but it's still the same. Thanks in advance for the help.

Try installing game from ext hard drive, if it gives you the same error means the game dump was still encrypted

The list said it was already Tested, so the problem might be in my FTP, since I'm just using my phone to transfer the file in my console.

I will be honest when it comes to downloading files on my phone they were always corrupted for some reason and that was using a samsung A71 now i use a hard drive too install pkgs too save myself hassle
