ESP8266 PS4 RetroGamerFirm with 4.55 Exploits by RetroGamer74

Today PlayStation 4 developer @RetroGamer74 (Twitter) made available PS4 RetroGamerFirm firmware in the form of retrogamerfirm.bin and retrogamerfirm_en.bin (English) for ESP8266 chips which offers PS4 4.55 exploits and popular payloads including AppToUSB, HEN, HEN-VR, DUMPER, BACKUP, FTP, Enable Browser, Block FW Updates, Unblock FW Updates, Arabic Guy v1.0 GTA V ModMenu, WildeModz v.1.1 GTA V ModMenu, Lamance v.0.7 GTA V ModMenu.

English Installation Instructions

• Download the ZIP package of this repository
• Use retrogamerfirm_en.bin if you want firmware in english language.
• Flash ESP8266 firmware using next flasher.
• You can flash the firmware using Windows x86, Windows x86_64, or MacOSX.

Once running PS4:

• Settings -> Networking setup.
• Choose option Customized.
• Select WiFi network identified by PS4Wifi. (Password not required)
• Select Automatic IP.
• DNS IP, Set values for Primary and Secondary DNS to: 10.10.10.1
• Set next options to their default values, until you reach the end of the networking setup.
• Finally go to the Users Guide, in the Settings. The website installed into ESP8266 firmware will be shown. Ver: 0.8

The new v3 works great i tried doing everything to make it crash or freeze but works flawlessly. i tried hoping from game to game even when games are loading also switching users and game hop from more the 10 games and even with the ESP not plugged in and wifi connection unchecked went from switching games to putting the ps4 to sleep and turning it back on resuming the game i left off of and hopping around with ESP and ps4 connection unchecked but still no freezing or crashing worked very good and also switching payloads was swift on the fly not a problem at all i love it BIG!!! Thanks and highly recommended

@spider197312 check the webpage for the status of his projects, the esp v3 is still in development, the webfirmhost v3 can be reached trough your ps4 browser the payload you requested is not added yet

For all of you asking for information about the update including Original Exploit, I did it. You can find new firmware for ESP8266 in my GitHub: https://github.com/RetroGamer74

You can use english or spanish firmware. Also for those of you who want access without using ESP8266 chip you can reach website thru WWW Browser in PS4 using this url: http://retrogamer74.github.io

For firmware V3 (Which is the PS4 ADMIN)
I did an update in the PS4ADMIN in the same way as V2 and I added Original Exploit to the HomeBrew menu option. You can use it directly thru your PS4 WWW browser going to the url: http://ps4admin.retrogamer.tech. You can also use it by spoofing DNS using as primary dns with this IP: 139.99.172.148 and then running User Guide.
