How do I activate PS Store content on Jailbroken PS4?

I've installed Chase Horizon Turbo and the 1.91 update which adds a few other game modes, however it seems that I need to activate the content on the PS Store, what do I need to do to be able to play this content on a Firmware 9.0 machine running GoldHen 2.1.1?

you need the dlc fix for the game just use fPKG Maker GUI to obtain your dlc fix, if that doesnt work that means its missing a file

I'd suggest using dns settings to stop upgrades downloading or esp32. Use fake pkgs, you cant access psn unless you upgrade AFAIK.
