How to change Kmeaw CFW to Ferrox or Rebug?

First make guide starting with cfw on 3.55 (kmeaw):

• How we can upgrade to latest cfw 4.81 rebug or ferrox

Then if we do not like latest cfw installed:

• How we can downgrade again to 3.55 or we do not required downgrade?
• What to do with qa flags?
  
• How we directly installed cfw 4.81 to 4.81?

Now i am need help again with hdd upgrade. Here is my whole issue, I want to upgrade my hdd 500gb to 1 tb

Last i installed ferrox... Now how i installed hdd with rebug .... Can i place rebug on pen drive, installed from recovery mode or i again downgrade with 3.55 rogero downgrader
