That section is for VIP members who had a Premium Subscription on the old site, so normal users can't access it.

As for which is the best uploading service, I use MirrorCreator as it automatically creates like 12 mirrors for your upload all accessible from a single link.

Others prefer services such as MediaFire but I think you need an account to upload to sites like that.

You can start a thread in the PS3 CFW and Hacks section with them and I'll Sticky it there so it can be found easy.

The VIP section may be going away in a couple months anyway, as at last count we have about 10 VIPs left only.
