I would recommend the latest multiMAN v04.81.02. 
it doesnt work for me im on 4.81 CFW
I am having the same problem.
I have installed REBUG 4.81.2 REX
And I am trying to install multiman 04.81.02
It says "Installation of required data has failed, please restart program!"
Any suggestions please?

@LykanthricAura Here is the guide. This is my personal I hope it works 100%
1. Download Iris Man Lite version and installed it.
2. Now extract multiman PKG and copy it in game directory
3. Now go to safe mode and rebuild database and multiman is there
4. Now you can delete irisman
5. Thats it for me it is working 100%
