Missing PS4 DLC after external hdd repair

I have tried for several times, but after a kernel crash and external hdd repair the PS4 dlc are missing from all my games !

the dlc's are there, but the games won't see them.. the only solution is to install them again !! why is this happening ???

This is because Fake Packages. Solution:
Apollo Save Tool > User Tools > App.db Database Management > Rebuild DLC Database (addcont.db)
