MultiMAN Ver 04.78.00 BASE (20160125) and UPD CEX PKG for PS3 CFW

Today PlayStation 3 developer deank upgraded the PS3 backup game manager to MultiMAN version 04.78.00 BASE (20160125) and UPD CEX PKG update for Custom Firmware (CFW) users!

To quote from PS4 News on the changelog for those curious:
