PS3 Game icon doesn't show on XMB in Rebug CFW

Hi, i am having an issue regarding the ps3 disc icon on the XMB doesn't show when i insert the disc and previously was working fine from cfw 4.55 then after upgraded to rebug 4.81 D-Rex and things happen.

I have no idea what is the problem i need someone to guide me please as i'm away from ps3 modding screen for sometime and still new to D-Rex cfw.

Have you tried THIS by chance?

Also is there any reason you're using D-REX (DEX) over normal REX (CEX) in Rebug 4.81.2?
