PS3 OFW 4.81 Backup Games Injection LICDIR Mods Listing and Guide

Yesterday we saw a brief guide covering PS3 Games with Older LIC.DAT Titles, and @ShadixAced shared a link HERE of a PlayStation 3 game compilation listing that can be injected with backups using PARAM.SFO license directory modifications with update patches running on OFW 4.75 through 4.81.

If you want to prepare the specified games for the console on the console, then see below: The method, how to make the game work, is pretty simple. The game should have an official patch (and how else will we launch it from the internal disk?).

The patch is being unpacked, the contents of USRDIR, except for EBOOT.BIN and updated files (if any) are taken from the disk version. PARAM.SFO (from the disk) is edited. Change the Category from DG to HG and App Version to the patch version.

Both are unplayable due to Fallout New Vegas being released in 2010 and Fallout 3 has no updates.

Also wanted to post that Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga just gives a black screen on my 4.81 ps3 slim.

Could you please give me a detailed guide on how to inject PS3 games on OFW 4.75+. Your guide is way too brief. I want to install the following games which i have taken from your list:

Call of Duty World at War (BLES00404)
OR
Need for Speed Undercover (BLES00450)

If the games has an exclusive method, please tell me how to do it. Give me the links for the tools ill be needing and the links for the games. Please give me a fast reply. Thanks!

The guy who posted the method HERE confirmed Need for Speed Undercover as working on a Superslim 4.81 OFW, but he may have used a second PS3 on CFW so you'd have to ask him.

Here are links to the other PS3 Data Transfer / Backup Injection / Converting PS3 CFW Games to OFW Methods, as people share them we update the list with the new ones.

I myself don't have a PlayStation 3 (sold it many years ago when I got a launch PS4) so those who still have a PS3 using these OFW methods will lend a hand as time permits I'm sure.

Fallout 3 & vegas are working. You need to use the original versions not the ultimate editions.

Fallout 3 has no updates but you can play it with cfw2ofw dtu method ?

I'm trying minecraft story mode with demo method it works but i dont know if it is a demo or fullgame
