PS4 Error CE-36244-9 during PKG installation

My ps4 was already running on 5.05 firmware. Now when i start my console. It is not switching on main menu. My lcd shows black screen. According to my sense my firmware is corrupted. Now the thing which i did i downloaded 5.05 recovery file.

Then i went to ps4 boot menu and then in reinstall system software. And when i start reinstalling recovery firmware my ps4 gives me message. (THE UPDATE FILE CANNOT BE USED CONNECT A USB STORAGE DEVICE THAT CONTAINS VERSION 5.05 OR LATER AND GIVES ME ERROR CODE (CE-34788-0).

I don't know what is the problem. Whether my ps4 console is not accepting the same firmware which was already installed or might me it may accept any firmware next to 5.05. That's my i was searching 5.07 firmware but i didn't find that. Need serious help. Please guide me what is the issue behind this error. How to remove this error.

• make sure its a recovery reinstallation update and its about 1GB
• make sure the hash of the update
• 5.05 hash = c2a602174f6b1d8ef599640cd276924a could be different update.

Yes the recovery file size is 910 megabytes (hash c2a602174f6b1d8ef599640cd276924a). But confirm me one thing. Can we reinstall the existing firmware which is already installed in ps4 or we need to install next update recovery.

@ABUBAKAR NADEEM there could be problem with the firmware which you've downloaded, I guess you've used some download manager to download the firmware and paused the download and resumed it via the download manager or the firmware download process stops/disconnects from the internet and then got resumed.

My advice is that download a fresh copy of 5.05 without any pause or break in the download process and the install it on your ps4.

i have this problem but i solved it , i deleted my pkg and copy again my game (mad max 32gb) to my hdd and work , i think problem is in the HDD
