PS4 PKG game crash with trainer

I am trying Dark Souls 2 and 3 with related trainers (yes, I am noob ). I have matched the trainer version with the game CUSA code and the game update level.

First problem is that the trainer is not working at all (God mode for example). Second problem is that after selecting particular options (infinite stamina for example), game crash after few minutes with error ce-34878-0.

I am using the trainers in the same way as I did with Dark Souls 1 - this was without any problem. Only DS2 and DS3 is crashing.
Any idea how to fix this? Thank you

Maybe you try to active too much cheat at the same time and it just crash the game or one of the cheat have conflict with another one ...

Your doing too much at once. Also after a crash make sure you reboot... power down... and turn back on. "Clean boot"
