Is there a way to somehow save the game with the built in game cheats enabled from the start of the game?

For example the infinite Ammo code or set dead eye level?

I'm trying to make a fantastic starter ng+ save

The menu has a "Save current options" feature.

This feature will automatically enable saved options when rdr2 restart like enable super jump, infinite ammo... etc.
