Here is mine cheat table for Valkyria Chronicles Remastered (CUSA03951) v1.0. Finded & tested on 5.05 fw. I didn't find correct AP values address.

I found Welkin, Alicia & Rosie HL, CP, EXP, DUC... All codes found in one exec. address, you can see it when load table. Very simple find HL for another team members, lock HL also working well!
