use this websites to convert:
1) FloatConverter
2) online-hex-converter

You have 500 as hp? So you need the hex value of it.
First website gives you 0x43FA0000 as hex for 500.
Now you put 43FA0000 (without the 0x) on second website and then you have to look for "Float - Little Endian (DCBA)".
This is your needed value for ps4cheater. 0000FA430000FA43
When you have found the adress, you can change the value by the same way.
First get hex value of number from first site for example 9999 = 0x461C3C00
and then convert with second site 461C3C00 = 003C1C46003C1C46
