very easy ,not need float value or unknown value search ,just use hex type value search it.
for example current hp 240/240
240.f = 43700000 hex value so your hp hex value must be 43700000/43700000

then search these value "0000704300007043" on ps4cheater(range 250~280,hex type) ,then you will have few search results ,one of is real address.

how can we find out what writes to the last adresses which is changing, or how can we find the 3 pointers which lead to the final adress which changes ?

Do we need a full mem dump with translated adresses ?

for me i found the last 2 adresses too which i can freeze but after fast travelling they didn't worked anymore some times
