What is the IDPS for?

I wanted to know what is the use of the idps? How can you use it to modify the backup dat archive files? And what's its use on ofw 4.81?

Hi, I asked the same question on others forums and nobody asnwered.

It's supposed to be to inject games to the protected area but I've tried a few months ago with "true ancestor backup" and ps3export with a own backup and other downloaded from a russian forum prepared for injection with the same error "81xxx06"(can remember the number); so as far as in forums are explaned, idps doesn't work for backup injection.

My IDPS was obtained on 4.7 and I've tried on 4.8 ofw.
