Following their previous revision, today Sony pushed live PS5 System Software / Firmware 24.04-09.40.00.08-00.00.00.0.1 adding the ability to join Discord Voice Chat directly from the PlayStation 5 console among the 'stability improvement' changes of PS5 update 24.04-09.40.00 detailed in the v9.40 changelog below.
